Re: DMR

I didn't work today.

It sounds like it may be a fortunate thing.

Thanks for the well wishes. I ALWAYS watch my six.

Keep your heads down up there.

Re: DMR

I fail to read between the lines there, J.

It looks like tomorrow may start on an ugly note, then get worse. If you've seen all the barricades on t.v. , that's exactly where I report tomorrow.

What really pisses me off is that I'm not allowed to arm myself.

I guess, let the games begin................

Re: DMR

I'm catching a : non - essential " day today. I got the robo call late last night. Tomorrow might be questionable as well. I'm sure there will hell raised in Clayton before it's over.

Bill, from what I've seen on t.v. , that's probably the only way to enter those buildings.

I've wondered why they don't do that?
Seems like water cannons are common in other countries.
Maybe its being PC,going back into the 60's useing fire hoses and dogs on black civil rights protesters?

Re: DMR

PC has ruined this country......and common sense no longer exists. Lets see.......shoot them with a gun or hit them with water. One might seems more 60's style work, but they won't be leaking fluids from the water cannon. A wet weave will send them home in a hurry. Although, our damn governor won't even allow the NG to step in or give them bullets for their guns, and the police have a been given rules of engagement....which basically handcuff them for everything, but being shot at.

When you allows the animals to control the zoo, this is what you get. Let them burn it to the ground, and then worry about traveling 20 miles for gas or groceries. Now that Nixon has authorized the Guard, it is civil unrest and no longer covered by insurance. NONE of it is covered. Chit out of luck for all the homeowners and business owners.

I didn't know that part. That makes it easier to understand why business owners would rebuild on land they already own, rather than trying to sell it and rebuild somewhere else. Still crazy though, that they're put in that situation by locals who shop there.
